Bridge pulls your Lightspeed data into a private database your AI assistant can query. The only thing that changes between tiers is how often we re-sync. All tiers include the same ~60 query tools and the same Lightspeed coverage.

Add teammates anytime

Every tier includes at least one seat for the account owner. The 1-hour Premier tier includes two seats. Need more? Add additional seats at $9.99/mo each — adding a seat charges a prorated partial-month amount immediately; removing one stops billing at your next renewal (no refund mid-cycle). You'll be able to invite teammates from the portal once your account is fully synced and operational — typically within a day of signup depending on how much Lightspeed history you have.

Changing tiers: Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated — you're charged the difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle and your sync cadence speeds up right away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle (no refund); you keep your current faster cadence through the end of the period you've already paid for.

Cancel anytime. No refunds — service runs through the end of your current billing period.

Read-only access at three layers (OAuth scope, MCP tool registry, database GRANTs); Bridge can't modify anything in your Lightspeed account.
